Upside Down | 3XL

“I feel upside-down without them.” It is not established when this thought goes through the head of our Forlorn Moon, whether it is before or after the planets attempt to lift their spirits. It does broadly indicate their state of mind, however - although they feel upside-down without their friends, they also cannot stand to be cheered up by them. How can the Moon feel two ways at the same time? Why is it so difficult to approach emotional turmoil in a more measured manner?
